Relationship Manager (Commission-Based)

Alberta (Calgary) / Ontario (Toronto) / British Columbia (Vancouver / Lower Mainland)

Overview

The Relationship Manager is a commission-based role focused on building and maintaining partnerships across the caregiver, employer, and senior care ecosystem. This is a relationship-led role that rewards consistent follow-up, trust-building, and strong onboarding support.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with organizations and partners aligned with caregiving, employee wellness, and senior care
• Prospect and manage a pipeline of potential partners in your region
• Conduct discovery calls and demos to understand needs and recommend a fit
• Support onboarding for new partners (setup, training, activation, and early adoption)
• Grow premium subscriptions with providers (retirement homes and home care providers)
• Maintain partner relationships post-signup to improve retention and expansion
• Gather market feedback and relay insights to the leadership/product team
• Represent the company in virtual or local meetings and events as needed

Requirements

• Experience in relationship management, partnerships, account management, or consultative sales
• Strong written and verbal communication + reliable follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
